This self catering cottage is located adjacent to Lower Balgove Cottage on the Strathtyrum Estate in Fife.
A private drive leads to the property from the A91 road.
Edenview Cottage has two bedrooms and offers accommodation at first floor level.
From the front door, stairs lead to a first floor landing, then the two bedrooms, each with a large double bed.
One bedroom has en-suite facilities [toilet and wash basin], and the main bathroom in the cottage has bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen / dining area has seating for six people and offers views to the Eden Estuary, to the north of St Andrews.
In addition to a TV and an open fireplace, the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The spacious sitting room has an open fire, double sofa bed [increasing maximum occupancy to six people], TV and DVD player.
There is gas central heating throughout the property, which is semi-detached [all accommodation is on the upper floor of a large detched cottage].

Location of Edenview Cottage and directions:
About three quarters of a mile from the outskirts of St Andrews on the A91, the turning to Balgove is on the west side of the road. Approaching the turning from St Andrews there is a road sign
indicating a double bend immediately followed by a further sign indicating a concealed exit to the left. At the turning there is also a footpath / right of way sign showing the route to Strathkinness
High Road.
Approaching from the other direction [Guardbridge and Cupar] there are similar signs for the double bend and concealed exit to the right. Turn off the main road and follow the farm road for about half a mile keeping straight ahead at the first track intersection. At the top of the hill, the road forks. Take the left hand fork and through the gates to Edenview Cottage. Ample parking is available near the front door of the cottage.

Changeover day is Friday [weekly lets begin on a Friday]
Children welcome. Long term lets / rentals available [please ask for details]. Pets not allowed. Not accessible by wheelchair.
Bedding - all bed linen and towels provided. Beds have synthetic duvets and pillows [no feathers], and non allergenic mattresses. The farming on the Strathtyrum Estate is entirely arable [no animals].
