Rates from £310 to £515 per property per week, including bed linen electricity and VAT - please see individual cottage pages for availability and price tables.
Please note that changeover day is Friday - weekly lets usually start on a Friday.
Important Notes About Published Rental Rates
The above rates are per property and apply to all 3 St Andrews Cottages on the Strathtyrum Estate.
Rates are based on 4 occupants in each property. If the single room in The Farmhouse [increasing occupancy to 5 people] or the sofa bed in Edenview Cottage [increasing occupancy to 5 or 6
people] is to be used, please add 20% to the weekly rate shown for each additional person. Please ask for a quote on the dates that you require.
Short Breaks Available In Off Peak Times Of Year Only
Please ask for a quote if you would like a short break here in St Andrews. As a guide, stays of less than one week are available at reduced rates only during weeks in the price table above that appear in the £310 and £350 columns. Short break rates are from £202 per property. All quoted rates include VAT.
